Christmas went up so much faster

I have finally manage to put up all my Christmas decorations. They seemed to have gone up so much faster, and easier. As I sift through boxes of accessories, I cannot help but look for new ways to decorate with the same stuff. How can I move the furniture around? How can I make the living room look different without spending a lot of money. This type of decorating I call "green design" By looking for new ways to re-purpose what you already have, reduces our carbon footprint on this earth, while keeping great items out of the landfill. Challenge: Next time you head into town, pack up 5 items from the house that you are not using. Take them to your local Thrift Store or Goodwill. After donating the items, spend some time browsing the store, you never know what you might find.
